Ashi

A music video for the song "Ashi" by the band Kuricorder Quartet, featured on their album "Hitsuji Dorobou." The visuals accompany the track, creating a unique audiovisual experience that blends animation with live-action footage. The video presents a surreal and whimsical journey, following a series of interconnected scenes that interpret the song's themes of movement, rhythm, and everyday life.

Through a combination of stop-motion, hand-drawn animation, and real-world imagery, the video explores the concept of feet and walking as a metaphor for personal journeys and human connection. Characters and objects appear and disappear in a dreamlike flow, with each step leading to unexpected transformations. The music drives the narrative, with the visuals shifting in sync with the song's playful and melodic tones.

The video captures a sense of childlike wonder and nostalgia, as ordinary moments become extraordinary through artistic interpretation. It invites viewers to see the world from a different perspective, where even the simplest actions can become a form of art.
