Ai ga Oshigoto
Finished愛がお仕事
The music video for Misato Watanabe's song "Ai ga Oshigoto" was created for NHK's long-running program Minna no Uta, which showcases short musical pieces accompanied by animation. The video uses vibrant visuals to illustrate the song's central theme: the idea that love itself can be a form of work, requiring effort, patience, and dedication.
The story follows a young woman as she goes about her daily life, balancing her job and her romantic relationship. Through a series of everyday moments, the animation shows how love is not just a feeling but an active choice, one that demands time and attention. The protagonist learns that nurturing a connection with someone else is as challenging as any career, yet equally rewarding. The video captures the bittersweet reality of modern love, where passion and responsibility often intertwine.
