Tsuyogari Omega Pop-Up Hits Shinjuku with New Illustrations

The Kinokuniya store will offer exclusive BL manga merchandise from October 23 to November 1, with gift cards with purchase.

Tsuyogari Omega: Turn to Us will have a pop-up corner at the Kinokuniya bookstore in Shinjuku. The publisher announced that the event will run from October 23 to November 1, 2026 in the MANGA SELECTION area on the first floor.

For the occasion, products with new illustrations were prepared: 57 mm buttons, acrylic cards, acrylic stands, die-cut stickers, a set of three REPLICA GENGA prints, and an A5 acrylic art panel. The buttons and acrylic cards are sold blind-boxed, though full boxes will also be available for those who want to secure the entire collection.

Additionally, those who spend 2,200 yen or more on new products —including manga volumes— will randomly receive one of three illustrated cards with reproduced signatures. This is the main draw of the event and what tends to fly off the shelves at these pop-ups: the combination of new merchandise with a bonus only available in physical stores.

The Kinokuniya bookstore in Shinjuku is about a three-minute walk from the east exit of JR Shinjuku Station. According to the promotional poster, hours are from 10:00 to 19:00. The space is on the first floor, inside the MANGA SELECTION section.

An Early Sale That Has Already Passed

Before the pop-up, the eeo Store held an early online sale from August 21 to 27, 2026. Those who purchased there did not qualify for the signed card promotion: that benefit was reserved for in-person purchases in Shinjuku.

Tsuyogari Omega: Turn to Us is a BL manga that already has a fanbase in Japan, and this type of event with new illustrations has become the standard way to celebrate a series' growth within the genre. It is not a café collaboration, but a sales corner with a total focus on merchandise.

So far, it has not been announced whether the products will reach stores outside Japan or if there will be a second online round after the event. What is clear is that the Shinjuku pop-up will be the only way to get the signed cards during those dates.

We're already figuring out how to get someone to bring us the print set. Which product catches your eye the most? Let us know in the comments.
