Kamijou Touma's day takes a turn for the worse when his toilet breaks and floods his room. As he laments his misfortune, he suddenly finds himself transported to a strange space along with Index and Misaka Mikoto. They are not alone for long, as more unusual characters begin to appear from different worlds.
