Kamijou Touma's day takes a turn for the worse when his toilet breaks and floods his room. As he laments his misfortune, he suddenly finds himself transported to a strange space along with Index and Misaka Mikoto. They are not alone for long, as more unusual characters begin to appear from different worlds.

A massive gathering of heroes and heroines from various stories collide in this special crossover. Giant weapons called Objects clash with a flying dragon, a shotacon fantasy onee-san offers her aid, and Misaka wanders in bikini armor. Together, they must navigate this bizarre new reality and uncover the mystery behind their sudden arrival.
