Identity V Announces New Shinjuku Pop-Up Shop with the 'Siesta' Line
The second round of the Hands store event kicks off on November 10 with nine new products and a gift card for purchases over 2,200 yen.
Identity V returns to Hands stores with a new pop-up shop. The second edition of Identity V POP UP SHOP in Hands will be held at the Shinjuku store from November 10 to 24, debuting the Identity V Kindergarten ~Nap Time~ Vol. 2 line.
The news comes from Collabo Cafe, which details the products and dates of this event focused on the most adorable side of NetEase's asymmetric survival game. Yes, we're talking about a horror and chase title, but that doesn't stop its characters from having a cute side for this type of merchandise.
Nine products and ten characters in the 'Nap Time' line
The new collection includes nine different items featuring ten characters from the game: the Gardener, the Undertaker, the Prospector, the Grave Keeper, the Entomologist, the Composer, the Cheerleader, the Condemned Hunter, the Demonic Lizard, and the Photographer.
Among the trading products are badges, wobbling acrylic blocks, and collectible cards, each available in all ten character versions. The cards are sold in packs of two. There will also be individual selection items, such as acrylic stands and small towels, with one design per character.

The covers come in five pairings: Gardener and Undertaker, Prospector and Demonic Lizard, Grave Keeper and Cheerleader, Entomologist and Composer, and Condemned Hunter and Photographer.

The Shinjuku event is the second stop on a broader tour. The first phase is being held at the Hands store in Shibuya from October 15 to 31. After Shinjuku, the third round will arrive in Yokohama and Shinsaibashi from January 14 to 27, 2027.
During each store's run, those who spend 2,200 yen or more on selected products will receive a random instant photo-style card, with ten possible designs. The design of these cards has not yet been revealed.
For those who can't make it to Japan, Animate's online store has already opened pre-orders. Web orders will ship around November 25. Keep in mind, however, that the three collectible items are reserved by full boxes, not individual units. And one important detail: since this is an advance sale at the physical Hands stores, online orders cannot be picked up there.
Promotional poster for the second edition of Identity V POP UP SHOP in Hands. The combination of a game with such a dark aesthetic and a product line this cute always amuses me. It's as if Dead by Daylight released a collection of plushies of its killers in pajamas holding teddy bears. The contrast is part of the charm, and in Japan it works wonderfully.
Would you pick up any of these Nap Time line items? Tell us in the comments which character you'd like to see in the next round.
