PinnedForum rules

Welcome to the DonOtaku forum! This is a site to talk about anime, manga and otaku culture with people from all over the world. To keep it enjoyable, a few rules:

1. Respect above all

Debate the works, not the people. No insults, harassment, threats or attacks based on origin, gender, religion or orientation. You can disagree without looking down on others.

2. Mark spoilers

If your thread reveals something important about the plot, check the Contains spoilers box. In replies, warn before spoiling anything.

3. Each thread in its place

• General: topics that are not about a specific work.
• Anime and Manga: threads linked to a work; choose it when opening one.

Before opening one, search to see if it already exists. Use a title that says what it's about.

4. No piracy

Do not share links or names of websites to watch or read illegally, nor ask where to find them. Talking about where something is officially streamed or published is fine.

5. Adult content, use your head

No explicit sexual content. And never, under any circumstances, sexual content involving minors, whether real or fictional: it will be deleted and the account will be closed.

6. No spam or self-promotion

No advertising, chain messages, repeated posts, or links to your social media or channels unless they add to the conversation.

7. Write in whatever language you want

Threads and replies are automatically translated for those reading in another language. With "View original" you can see what you wrote.

8. Report, don't feed

If something breaks these rules, use Report instead of engaging. The team reviews it and may hide threads and replies or suspend accounts.

Enjoy!
