Oni no Manimani

Souji Mamiya inherits a plot of land from his late grandfather and plans to build an apartment to earn money without working. When he visits the property for the first time, he discovers a demon girl named Aira already living there.

Now Souji must deal with the unexpected presence of Aira, who refuses to leave. As he tries to figure out how to proceed with his plans, his encounter with the demon leads to a series of strange and comedic situations that challenge his lazy ambitions.
