Fue Fuki Yama Monogatari

In a remote mountain village, a young boy named Taro lives with his grandfather, a skilled bamboo flute maker. Taro is fascinated by the mysterious sounds that echo from the nearby Mount Fuefuki, which locals believe are produced by a mythical creature. The boy's curiosity leads him to explore the mountain, where he discovers an old hermit who teaches him to play the flute.

Taro's peaceful life is disrupted when a group of outsiders arrives, seeking to capture the creature responsible for the mountain's sounds. The villagers grow fearful as the outsiders' actions threaten the harmony of their home. Taro must decide whether to protect the mountain's secret or reveal the truth to save his community.
