In a world where mysterious creatures known as Gaust are hidden in everyday objects, a young boy named Shou discovers he has the ability to see and communicate with these invisible beings. Together with his partner Gaust, a treasure-hunting creature, he embarks on a journey to find the legendary treasure that can grant any wish.
However, not everyone seeks the treasure for noble reasons. A rival group of Gaust hunters, led by the cunning Kaito, will stop at nothing to claim the prize for themselves. As Shou and his friends delve deeper into the mystery, they uncover a dark secret that threatens the balance between the human world and the Gaust realm.
