Sasayaku no wa Sono Yubi

Hatsuki, a gay student, injures himself on campus one day and is helped by Watakabe Tatsuyuki, the most famous idol in the school. Despite Hatsuki's secret feelings for him, Watakabe shows no interest in him at all, leaving Hatsuki to admire him from afar without any hope of reciprocation.
