A collection of five one-shots that explore love, loyalty, and second chances.
In the title story, Keito and Tomoya made a childhood promise to be together forever, but after Tomoya disappeared one morning, Keito lost his faith in people. Years later in high school, Tomoya returns, but Keito is no longer the cute little kid he once was, and Tomoya seems to have forgotten him entirely.
Other stories include a high school student traumatized by attackers who gets a new tutor, a cafe owner who takes in the son of an old friend on the run from loan sharks, and a young man employed by a non-human being with beautiful eyes, whose loyalty is put to the test.
