Aoba is in a relationship with Youhei, a sweet and affectionate young man who acts like a devoted puppy. However, Aoba soon discovers that Youhei is not just one person—he has multiple personalities. Alongside the gentle Youhei, there are three others: the possessive and domineering Yoichi, the elegant and refined Yoko, and the easy-going Yoji.
Aoba is determined to convince Youhei that his love is for him alone, but the other personalities constantly interfere. Yoichi, in particular, is hostile and tries to sabotage their relationship. As Aoba struggles to reach the real Youhei, he must navigate the chaos of loving someone whose mind is divided into four distinct individuals.
