When Tsukamura Masaki's company shuts down, he faces the prospect of leaving the city and returning to Hokkaido. Just as he is worrying about his future, the charming Nagasaka offers him a job as the janitor of an apartment building. Masaki eagerly accepts, hoping to stay in the city.
However, the job turns out to be far more demanding than simple cleaning. Masaki is expected to take personal care of the building's strange and eccentric tenants.
