Kaoru is the twin brother of Tsubaki, a famous supermodel. He despises his own face because it is nearly identical to his sister's, and he has grown to hate any kind of contact with men, disgusted by those who approach him only because of his resemblance to her.
When Shino, the president of the company that finances Tsubaki's cosmetic firm, starts showing interest in him, Kaoru is conflicted. He wonders if Shino is just like all the other men seeking a substitute for Tsubaki, or if there is something more genuine behind his attention.
