Madoka Mitsuru, known as Enman to his coworkers, is a rough ex-yankee who somehow landed a job at a prestigious company. He works in "the harem," the gofer department filled with attractive women, under Chief Suzunari, a cheerful middle-aged man with no sense of personal space.
This volume also includes two other stories. In "Hareta Yoru no Hikari," medical intern Chikada Tomoharu is always called a "nice guy" right before being dumped. After a terrible day involving a breakup and a yakuza attack, he's rescued by building caretaker Fukiage Tatsuru, but wonders if their friendship is genuine.
