Border Line

Sakaguchi Chiaki, the elite president of the Moral Order Committee, has a secret he has never shared with anyone. Only Mizoguchi, a fellow committee member, seems to understand him. As their term on the committee draws to a close, Sakaguchi's uncertainty grows.
