In a world where people with the power to assume animal forms are called Monsters and kept segregated from society, Riku befriended a Monster boy named Tsukasa when they were young. They were soon separated, but years later, Riku enrolls at an academy for Monsters and finally reunites with his childhood friend.
Now reunited, Riku must overcome the distrust of his more-than-human classmates and find a way to reconnect with Tsukasa. As they navigate the challenges of their adult relationship, Riku wonders if their bond can become as close as their childhood friendship—or even closer.
