Zen-chan and Tsuu-chan are two young characters who appear in a daily educational anime series aimed at teaching children about traffic safety. Each episode lasts five minutes and focuses on simple, practical lessons that help young viewers understand how to stay safe on the roads.

The series originally aired on Nippon TV from October 1969 to January 1970, and was later rebroadcast on other networks until 1978.
