In the heart of Tokyo's Harajuku district, three young women—Rito, Mari, and Kotoko—run a small shop called "PARK." Their peaceful days are filled with creating unique accessories and enjoying the vibrant culture of the area. However, their ordinary lives are shattered when a mysterious alien force descends upon the city, draining it of color and creativity.

As the once-bustling streets turn gray and lifeless, the trio discovers they possess the power to fight back using their own artistic talents. Armed with their creativity and the support of a strange creature named Miss, they must defend Harajuku from the invaders who seek to erase all individuality and expression.
