Moshi, Ginkou ga Nakatta-ra?: Mahoutsukai Sally no Ginkou Nyuumon

Sally, the young witch from the Mahoutsukai Sally series, finds herself in a world where all banks have suddenly vanished due to a magical mishap. At first, this seems like a fun change, but soon she and her friends realize the chaos that ensues when there is no place to keep money safe, no way to get loans, and no system to manage finances. Everyday activities become complicated as people struggle to buy goods, save for the future, and conduct business without banking services.

Commissioned by the Japanese Bankers Association, this educational film uses the familiar characters to teach children about the essential role banks play in society. Sally must understand how banks work and find a way to restore them before the confusion becomes irreversible. Through her journey, viewers learn about savings, loans, and the importance of financial institutions in daily life.
