Shiori, a young girl, finds herself transported to a whimsical and surreal world where she encounters a host of strange, colorful, and often bizarre creatures. These beings, each with their own peculiar shapes and movements, seem to beckon her into a mysterious dance. Drawn by an irresistible rhythm, she begins to move in a peculiar rumba known as the Megemege Rumba, a dance that appears to have a life and will of its own.
As Shiori surrenders to the music and the dance, the boundaries between reality and fantasy begin to blur. The vibrant landscapes around her shift and morph, transforming into increasingly unpredictable and fantastical scenarios. The creatures join her in the dance, and the rhythm drives the journey forward, leading her through a series of enchanting and bewildering experiences where nothing is quite as it seems. The Megemege Rumba becomes a force that guides her through this dreamlike adventure, full of wonder and unexpected turns.
