Ichimai no Etegami

An elderly woman named Tome lives in a small town that is about to undergo redevelopment. She has spent her entire life in the community and knows every corner of it, but the younger generation and city planners see only the need for modernization.

When the town council proposes a new development plan that would destroy many familiar landmarks, Tome decides to take action. Using her memories and a series of picture postcards she has collected over the years, she creates a visual record of what makes the town special. Her goal is to show the planners that progress does not have to mean erasing the past.
