NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE to Get Pop-Up Store with TRAVAS TOKYO in Shibuya

The store will open from October 23 to November 8 at AMNIBUS STORE -green-, and the first official collaboration illustration has already been revealed.

Juan Castillo 2 October 2026

The NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE franchise keeps expanding its merchandising and now teams up with a Japanese clothing brand for a temporary store. The collaboration between the series and TRAVAS TOKYO will have its own pop-up store at AMNIBUS STORE -green-, located on the third floor of the Shibuya Modi shopping center. The opening is scheduled for October 23, 2026, and the store will be available until November 8.

With the announcement, the organizers released a special illustration drawn for the occasion. It is the first graphic piece from the collaboration shown to the public. The products to be sold have not been detailed yet, nor whether there will be purchase bonuses or any special entry system. All of that will be announced later through AMNIBUS STORE's official X (Twitter) account.

A Brand with an Aesthetic Close to the Game

TRAVAS TOKYO is a streetwear brand that works with graphic art mixing the adorable with a sadistic touch. That blend fits the universe of NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE, the game about a streamer and her emotional dependence that ended up becoming an anime. The collaboration between the two had already started earlier: the clothing and accessories collection hit the market on September 19, 2026.

This pop-up store serves as the physical extension of that launch. Those who couldn't buy online or want to see the products in person will have a window of just over two weeks to stop by Shibuya. It's a common move in the industry: release the line first in e-commerce and then open a temporary space to give it visibility and move the remaining stock.

What's Still to Be Confirmed

The information available so far is minimal. It's unknown whether the store will have exclusive on-site items, as often happens with this type of event, or if it will be limited to selling what already came out in September. Nothing has been said either about possible autograph sessions, special decoration of the space, or collaborations with nearby cafés.

AMNIBUS STORE -green- is a regular spot for anime pop-up stores in Tokyo. Its location in Shibuya Modi puts it in a high-traffic area, so the NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE store won't have trouble attracting visitors. What will define the collaboration's success will be the product catalog and whether the new illustration becomes merchandise or stays just as a promotional image.

The original work is a simulation and visual novel game that explores the relationship between a girl and her manager through a screen. Its jump to anime expanded the fan base and turned its protagonists into recurring merchandising figures. This collaboration with TRAVAS TOKYO is another example of how the franchise moves in the street fashion circuit, a niche that other properties like Chainsaw Man or Jujutsu Kaisen have already tapped into with mixed results.

For now, all that's left is to wait for AMNIBUS STORE to publish the product list and the store's conditions. If you're in Tokyo in late October, the NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE pop-up will be at Shibuya Modi.
