The Punk and the Landlady

A delinquent young man moves into a new apartment, hoping to leave his past behind. His landlady, a strict and intimidating woman, immediately makes it clear that she won't tolerate any trouble. But when he falls behind on rent, she demands payment in a way he never expected.

Now, the punk must find a way to satisfy his landlady's unusual terms, leading to a tense and awkward arrangement between them. As their interactions grow more frequent, boundaries blur and hidden desires come to the surface.
