Yoshie is a young man who finds pleasure in pain. His visits to the Seitai Clinic, where the forceful massages of the clinic's therapist provide him with an exquisite sensation, are the highlight of his days. However, the therapist's son, Mikawa, a solemn young man obsessed with bones, secretly listens to Yoshie's breathless moans.
Mikawa's interest in Yoshie goes beyond a mere passion for bones, and Yoshie soon realizes that the pain in his heart is very different from the pain in his body. As their paths cross, a complex dynamic of sadism and masochism unfolds between them.
