Mutsuki is summoned to a mysterious room during his summer vacation. The "Room You Can't Leave Unless You Have Sex" was created as a government measure against the declining birthrate and marriage rate. Inside, he runs into his stepsister Tomoe, who was born from his parents' remarriage.
Mutsuki is completely flustered at the thought of being with family, but Tomoe aggressively pursues him. Just when he thinks they might be able to leave soon, Tomoe declares she has no intention of having sex with him. Instead, she decides to treat the comfortable room as a vacation resort. Mutsuki is left utterly bewildered, wondering if this can really be called a vacation. He must survive this bizarre holiday with a stepsister who claims she'll do anything naughty for him, as long as it's not sex.
