Kaede dreams of becoming an idol after seeing the popular cover girl Susuran. When she is scouted by the same talent agency, she expects her career to take off. However, her debut falls flat, and she struggles to sell. Instead of performing, she is assigned menial tasks around the office.
Everything changes when Kaede is asked to temporarily replace Susuran's manager. Overjoyed at the chance to work with her idol, she accepts immediately. But as she gets closer to Susuran, Kaede begins to wonder if the real person behind the glossy image will live up to her expectations.
