Yamato Takemoto, a middle-aged truck driver, picks up Ruri Umegawa, a female student with long black hair, on a rainy night. She is sheltering from the rain alone after being late from club activities, and he offers her a ride home since his route passes through the area. Despite her initial hesitation, Ruri accepts the offer.
The truck drives toward their destination, but instead of stopping at her home, it pulls over on the side of a deserted road. What begins as a simple act of kindness takes a dark turn as the situation escalates into something far more sinister.
