Trouble Love Attack!

Sugiyama is hopelessly in love with Akihisa, a hot-tempered glasses-wearing guy who thinks he's a pervert. Too nervous to confess his feelings, Sugiyama keeps his distance until he finally gathers the courage to make his move.

But when he blurts out his confession, he accidentally delivers it to the wrong twin: Akinori, Akihisa's hedonistic brother.
