High school student Natsuki has been in love with her classmate, the quiet and gentle Haruto, for as long as she can remember. She spends her days watching him from afar, memorizing the way he smiles, the way he speaks, and the way he makes her heart race. But Natsuki is too shy to confess, and her feelings remain locked away, growing stronger with each passing day.
One day, Haruto gives her an old, broken pocket watch, a keepsake from his late grandmother. He tells her that if she can fix it, he will listen to what she has to say. Natsuki takes the watch to a repair shop, but the owner tells her it cannot be fixed. Desperate to find a way, she stumbles upon a mysterious antique dealer who offers her a deal: in exchange for her voice, he will make the watch work again. Natsuki accepts, and soon finds herself unable to speak, but the watch begins to tick, and Haruto starts to notice her in ways he never did before.
