The Strength of Pure Soul

Amano Riku is always cheerful and outgoing, the kind of person who brightens any room he enters. His classmate Masaki You is the complete opposite: cool, distant, and seemingly uninterested in anyone around him. The two don't even like each other very much, and their interactions are limited to the bare minimum required by school life. But one day, Riku finds Masaki passed out on the sidewalk, clearly in need of help. Despite their differences, Riku can't just walk away without doing something.

Riku takes Masaki to his mother's restaurant and even manages to get him a job there. As they begin to spend more time together in the kitchen and at school, the initial awkwardness gives way to something neither of them expected. An unlikely relationship starts to unfold between the cheerful boy and the cold young man, challenging their preconceptions about each other and themselves.
