Shinya Izumino is a novice salaryman who has always dreamed of having an office romance. The day he enters Nagase, a company famous for its high productivity, he begins flirting with every woman in sight. However, he soon discovers that the company strictly forbids romantic relationships between coworkers.
Determined to ignore the rule, Izumino finds himself under the watchful eye of the manager, Andou, who is tasked with training him to be an efficient employee. Despite his annoyance at being constantly supervised, Izumino cannot help but notice how capable and focused Andou is at his job. As their training continues, Izumino's initial dislike begins to shift into something deeper, leading to a forbidden attraction that could jeopardize everything.
