The protagonist lives with three girls: Sakurako, who casually washes his underwear; Azusa, who curses at him when drunk; and Tsubasa, whose cheerful voice he loves. One day, they learn they are not related by blood. Though nothing else changes, the shock drives him to create a liquid drug called "No.21" that makes him invisible.
Under the drug's effect, he begins assaulting women at random, including a female high school student and his former homeroom teacher. Afterward, he returns home to start a new life with his sisters.
