Mitsui is an ordinary high school student who finds himself part of a vigilante group called "Spinner Bait," which operates under the guise of an ordinary fishing club. The group's internal hierarchy is determined by points earned through cracking down on crime, with members rising in rank based on their achievements. Mitsui, however, has yet to earn a single point, leaving him at the bottom of the organization.
As Mitsui struggles to prove himself, he must navigate the dangerous world of street justice while maintaining the club's innocent facade. The group's true purpose and the secrets it hides put him in constant conflict with criminals and his own doubts. With no points to his name, he faces the challenge of finding his place in a team where worth is measured by violent actions and results.
