Waiting Out the Rain

A woman lives alone in a remote house, her body covered in poisonous barbs that make any physical contact dangerous. She has resigned herself to a life of solitude, believing that no one can ever touch her without suffering harm. One rainy night, a man appears at her door, drenched and seeking shelter. Despite her warnings about the danger she poses, he insists on staying, claiming he has nowhere else to go. As the rain continues to fall, the two share a tense and intimate space, and the woman begins to question her isolation. The man's persistence and gentle demeanor slowly break through her defenses, leading to a confrontation with her deepest fears and desires.
