A young woman named Yuriko moves into a new apartment in Tokyo, hoping for a fresh start. She soon discovers that her neighbor, a quiet and mysterious man named Shinichi, is haunted by a tragic past. Their lives become intertwined as they navigate their own personal struggles and the secrets that linger in the building.
As Yuriko tries to understand Shinichi's sorrow, she uncovers a series of unsettling events tied to the month of April. The story weaves together four separate tales, each exploring themes of loss, memory, and the supernatural. The characters must confront their inner demons and the ghosts of their pasts to find peace.
