Seito Kaichou no Yuuutsu

A collection of short stories centered on love and relationships. In the main story, "Hana no Saku Koro" (When the Flowers Bloom), Yoshizawa confessed his feelings to Nanba four years ago in high school by leaving a letter in his shoebox and asking for the second button of his uniform if his feelings were returned. He was not acknowledged, yet he still harbors unrequited love for Nanba.
Now, Nanba unexpectedly appears at Yoshizawa's doorstep, asking to stay for a week. Despite his lingering feelings and the awkwardness of the situation, Yoshizawa reluctantly agrees, but only for a week. The collection also includes other tales exploring different facets of romance and longing.
