Taku and Mutsuki are childhood friends who no longer talk as much as they used to, ever since Mutsuki gave Taku a brush-off. A year later, their parents go on vacation and leave Mutsuki in charge of looking after Taku. Taking advantage of the situation, Mutsuki slips Taku a few mysterious pills that put him in a compromising mood.
As Taku struggles with the effects of the pills, their strained relationship takes an unexpected turn. The story explores the tension between them as old feelings resurface and boundaries are tested. Meanwhile, other characters face their own complicated situations, including Hakka catching Kunihiko in a compromising act, and Taku falling ill and dreading his medication.
