In 1960s America, Japanese automobiles were dismissed as inferior second-class vehicles. Yet in Japan, a group of passionate men dared to dream of building a sports car that would win worldwide acceptance.

Led by the visionary Yutaka Katayama, known as "Mr. K," and the brilliant designer Yoshihiko Matsuo, they set out to create the Nissan Fairlady Z. Against all odds, their creation—the Datsun 240Z in America—became an unprecedented success, a legend still cherished by fans today.
