Otouto Kaizou Keikaku

A girl loves her little brother dearly, but she sees him as a coward. After she rescues him from a shakedown by his senpai for the umpteenth time, she tends to his injuries in the school clinic. She decides that what he really needs is more self-confidence and to become more manly.

To help him achieve this, she proposes a drastic first step: he must take off his clothes. Her unusual method of 'improvement' sets off a series of intimate and awkward encounters between the siblings, blurring the lines between care and desire.
