In the competitive world of host clubs, Shinkawa and Takaaki work together at Rusty Nail, their friendship tested by professional rivalry, mistaken identities, and jealousy. When Iwaki Kyousuke, Takaaki's former mentor and old flame, returns to seduce Shinkawa away to a new club, Takaaki must decide where his loyalties lie.

Meanwhile, the rivalry between clubs intensifies as Schnapps hires a mysterious new host, Ishii, who begins stealing clients. Shinkawa suspects Ishii is working for Iwaki, but Takaaki's defensive reaction raises questions about his lingering feelings for the man who abandoned him. As tensions rise, Shinkawa struggles to win Takaaki's heart.

In a flashback, the story reveals how Takaaki and Iwaki first met. Iwaki, a gigolo for eight years, encounters Kato, a homeless teenager sleeping on the streets. Intrigued, Iwaki takes him under his wing, setting the stage for a complex relationship that will shape their futures.
