In the Case of Childhood Friends

Second-year high-schooler Rei has had a childhood crush on his friend Ichika for a long time. However, Rei refuses to give up their friendship, knowing that Ichika scolds himself whenever he thinks about falling in love. Just when Rei is about to give up on his feelings, Ichika seems to have fallen for the captain of the basketball team, Hata-senpai. Rei wavers and involuntarily blurts out, "I like you."

This collection also includes three other stories. In "Kimi no Tenohira ni Taiyou," a new romance unfolds. "Anata no Hada ni Fureru made" follows Mimiki and Shuu, who meet every year for a special purpose: to uncover the secrets of the folding screen festival and the mysterious white falcon. The final story, "Osananajimi no Baai - Otomari," continues the tale of Rei and Ichika.
