Takara Hatori is an ordinary young man with a dream of becoming a novelist, but his life is far from ideal. He has yet to publish anything, and he is burdened by his uncle's debts, leaving him anxious about the future. One day, while trying to escape a debt collector in a park, he is suddenly surrounded by light.

When Takara opens his eyes, he finds himself in an unfamiliar world called the Moor Kingdom. Standing before him is a gorgeous man with blond hair and brown skin, who greets him with overwhelming familiarity, claiming how much he has missed Takara. Thrown into this strange new realm, Takara must navigate a world where nothing is as it seems.
