A young man named Yuuki has always believed that he is the only one who could ever love his childhood friend, Miku. He keeps his feelings hidden, convinced that no one else would see her the way he does. Their daily life is filled with small, familiar interactions, but Yuuki never dares to confess.
One day, a new transfer student arrives and immediately takes an interest in Miku. To Yuuki's shock, Miku seems to respond positively to the attention.
