Okami no Touko-san

Touko-san is the landlady of a small apartment building, known for her strict but fair demeanor. She manages the daily affairs of her tenants, including the young and somewhat irresponsible Nishigaki-san, who runs a beachside snack bar.

When Nishigaki-san falls behind on his rent, Touko-san proposes an unconventional arrangement to settle the debt. As their interactions grow more intimate, the boundaries between landlord and tenant begin to blur, leading to a series of steamy encounters that challenge their professional relationship.
