A girl wakes up alone on a mysterious island in the middle of an endless ocean. The sun never rises here, yet the waters are full of fish and the island provides enough to survive. Every morning she fishes for breakfast and wonders where her friend Canu has gone.

She steps into the dark waters to search for Canu, desperate to find him safe. But the ocean currents pull her away, sweeping her into something brighter and unknown. As she drifts, she must confront the isolation and the secrets this strange place holds.
