A Japanese high school class is forced by their foreign teacher to take a school trip to Europe. What the students expect to be an ordinary tour turns into something else entirely when their teacher, Suomi, takes them to the nudist beach where she grew up. Everyone must be completely naked, and to keep the visit respectful, she lays down a single rule for the boys: none of them is allowed to get an erection.
To enforce it, Suomi pairs each girl with one of the boys so that anyone who breaks the rule can be relieved. The arrangement is barely in place when class president Naotatsu Nagato becomes the first, and only, student to fail. His female classmates try to handle his persistent erections, and amid the confusion, confessions and the answers Naotatsu has been looking for begin to surface.
