Haruo Iiyama is an overweight man scraping by at the bottom of society in his own world. Through a stroke of fate, he finds himself reincarnated into a full-fledged fantasy realm.

There, he encounters Adele, the formidable leader of a local vigilante corps known as the Black Wolves. Feared even by the town's most hardened men, Adele exudes overwhelming presence and authority. Having only ever interacted with girls through adult games, Haruo puts his eroge brain into overdrive in an effort to gain the upper hand over her.
