Taiyou Sakaki has never eaten ramen in his life, but after a fight, he tries it for the first time and is instantly captivated. He takes a job at the same ramen shop, determined to master the art of making noodles. His dream is for everyone who tastes his ramen to experience a "rainbow" of flavors inside the bowl.
Along with his friends Yuuichirou Akagi, Hiroshi Hasegawa, Natsuki Ouka, and Hikari Harada, Taiyou forms a Ramen Club. Together, they train to compete in the prestigious Ramen Koushien tournament. As they delve deeper into the world of ramen, they face challenges that test their skills and friendship.
