Jack is a gentle dog-man who works as an assistant at a secluded animal clinic run by Dr. Crane. The clinic treats various cat-girls, and Jack has no memory of his life before being taken in by the doctor. He lives a calm life helping with the patients, repaying her kindness.
However, Jack is the only male in the clinic, and Dr. Crane assigns him a specific role: he must engage in sexual conduct with the patients as part of their treatment for an illness called "DOTES."
